Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes in your home country for the import of your purchase. These costs will be calculated and added to your subtotal at checkout. You will pay these upfront to streamline your import process.

How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. Please allow up to two business days to process your order, and note that it may arrive in several shipments. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business week. You will receive a separate email notification with unique tracking information for each shipment. During high volume periods, product availability is subject to change while your order is being processed. In that case, we will contact you promptly.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at myGemma. While all orders are carefully and securely packaged, damage can occur in any shipping situation. If your order is not in good condition on arrival, please contact our customer service representatives at 646 569 3655 or email us at contact@mygemma.com for assistance.

Returns

If I change my mind after placing an order, can I cancel it?

If we have not already shipped your items, we will attempt to cancel or modify your order to the best of our ability. If this is successful, we will then email you a confirmation.

If I do not like my item when it arrives, can I get a refund or exchange it?

If you received the item and changed your mind, you can return it for a refund or exchange. We allow up to 14 days from the delivery date and accept returns that are in their original and unused condition. If there are any signs of alteration or being worn/used, then it can no longer be accepted for return or exchange.

If you purchased an item with original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers they must be intact and never removed in order for us to accept a return or exchange. Any original box and all paperwork must be intact and in the same condition.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return shipment costs

A label will be provided to you in the Returns Portal. This is an insured, FedEx shipping label.

  • Return Shipping & Handling Fee
  • $35 for items under $10,000
  • $50 for items over $10,000

International returns

Visit our Returns Portal to start your return. You will need your order number and email address used to place the order.

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties & VAT charges associated with the return.

How long will my refund take?

We will do our best to process the refund in a timely manner. However, please allow 2 weeks for processing any refunds associated with either returns or exchanges.
