Enjoy your myGemma purchase for up to 6 months.

Email contact@mygemma.com to request an exchange. Please include your order confirmation number.

Ship the items back to myGemma
and receive store credit of up to 70% of the original purchase price.

Terms and Conditions

  • Trade-in is available for:
    • Items purchased on myGemma.com
    • Items purchased within 6 months
    • Items over $500
  • Watch trade-ins may require servicing. This will be determined (along with the cost) upon receipt of the watch.
  • Exchange is for in-store credit only.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as the time of purchase, with no alterations. This includes boxes, certificates and receipts.
  • Receive up to 70% of the original myGemma purchase price at the time of purchase (inc. any discounts received and excl. taxes).
  • myGemma is not responsible for return shipping.
  • myGemma Rejuvenation is not available for: Di Modolo and Gurhan jewelry or for custom/made to order items.
