- Items purchased within 6 months
- Items over $500
- Trade-in is not available for watches.
- Exchange is for in-store credit only.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as the time of purchase, with no alterations. This includes boxes, certificates and receipts.
- Receive up to 70% of the original myGemma purchase price at the time of purchase (inc. any discounts received and excl. taxes).
- myGemma is not responsible for return shipping.
