If you attend an appointment: You can take cash or a check away with you or opt for a wire transfer. Please note that all sellers with an offer under $400 will receive a check only.

To confirm the grade of the diamond, we seldom need to, but we ALWAYS ask the permission of our clients to remove the diamond from the ring in special circumstances. We ALWAYS provide you with pricing scenarios prior to removal.

All diamonds will be returned to their settings by highly trained jewelers if we need to return your stone.

If you have a grading certificate or appraisal or even the original receipt from the jeweler, it may contain some pertinent information.
