    Diamond should be sent loose to myGemma whenever possible and not set/mounted in jewelry for import duty and tax purposes. We recommend you find a reliable and quality local jeweler who can remove sizable stones of 0.5ct or more from their settings.

    Our minimum transaction value we will accept is $1000 USD or approx $1300 AUD. Our client team will be able to advise you whether your items reach this threshold. This minimum is in place to ensure the transaction covers the shipping fees and other expenses adequately.

    Certifications & Brands We Purchase

    Double Box

    We will create a Commercial Invoice (CI) and you should include 3 copies with the shipment again for tax reasons. We also ask you to retain the copy of the receipt that you will receive at the FedEx location and send this to us for our records.
