Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. Please allow up to two business days to process your order, and note that it may arrive in several shipments. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business week. You will receive a separate email notification with unique tracking information for each shipment. During high volume periods, product availability is subject to change while your order is being processed. In that case, we will contact you promptly.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at myGemma. While all orders are carefully and securely packaged, damage can occur in any shipping situation. If we have not already shipped your items, we will attempt to cancel or modify your order to the best of our ability. If this is successful, we will then email you a confirmation.
If you received the item and changed your mind, you can return it for a refund or exchange. We allow up to 14 days from the delivery date and accept returns that are in their original and unused condition. If there are any signs of alteration or being worn/used, then it can no longer be accepted for return or exchange.
If you purchased an item with original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers they must be intact and never removed in order for us to accept a return or exchange. Any original box and all paperwork must be intact and in the same condition.
